Shahida Aroby: We all experienced this in our early life: When we entered the school for our primary education, our creativity or skill was suppressed and crushed to everyone. It was something that teachers and all the authorities feared. They regarded it as out of syllabus, unnecessary, valueless, or something that they couldn`t control. So to be safe, they suggest students be away from it in the same way they suggest them away from any bad habits. Time goes on and on. Their creativity turns out their skill, but lack proper encouragement or environment, most of them don`t get the chance to develop their hidden talent. Although all human beings are born with incredible talent, imagination, intuition, or intelligence, most are trained not to continue with these specialties in our society. For this reason, they give up. But it should be necessary to develop your skills because it can also prepare them for success in and out of school. Like academic life, skills development is also equally essential for professional life. Besides, developing skills at an early age makes a brighter future for students.
Skill is something that we love to do. And if a student gets a chance to develop their skill from their school life, it makes their skill stronger. As our world is continuously changing, no one can say that their different skills can change the world. Skills can be another type. Such as communication skill or technical skill is very demandable in the job market. Even skills differentiate between individuals or candidates during a job search and those who have got a chance to develop their skills. They are exceptional in terms of qualification regardless of educational qualifications. Skill development is also essential for surviving in the world. During the past few decades, there have been enormous changes in the world. To cope up with all the changes, students should learn the necessary skills to secure their future. But the fact is, the most needed thing is to create the perfect environment to develop the skill. In our country scenario, students are forced to achieve the goal in the very traditional way. They are not encouraged to develop their skills unless acceptable to society as they project a limited view of anyone`s particularskill. It is not mandatory to succeed every time, but it`s essential to be passionate about the skills and see what happens. This will give them the experience to go out of their comfort zone. So please do what you want to do, try to develop your skill, and represent it in an alternative way that can change your life and the whole world.
Let`s think out of the syllabus. If we can start any course or club at the school level, students will develop their skills. If anyone wants to be a painter, they can quickly join in drawing club, and the drawing skills will get chances to be burnished from the early age of life. If anyone is interested in photography, there will be a photography course or club to learn photography. They will enjoy and develop their skills at the same time. Students will learn about the grand vision of life. They will know that being a doctor or an engineer is not everything in life. Teachers should be coo operative to help all their students. Besides, students will get a proper environment to develop their skills. If any teacher encourages their students to develop their skills, it will be more effective. Stay hungry about developing skills. But at the same time, you have to be adept at dealing with your own life. Because based on your decision of passing life, will change the lifestyle you lead. To remove all your debility, find your skill, to develop. Take your life a step further, and indeed your skill makes your life exultant. The path is abundant; they can choose whatever they want or what works they love to do. Every student will fly as high as they want, their skill will reach the goal of their life. It`s not mandatory to think the traditional way, develop your skill, do something different. When everyone is too busy to become someone else, when will we be like ourselves? Only Your extraordinary talent will create more differences than others, and undoubtedly it will give the priceless feeling.
