It is an undeniable urgency that Israel- Palestine perennial conflicts must find an end in a permanent solution. The world conscience has become shocked for the umpteenth times at seeing the brutality, killings, deaths, bloodsheds and arsons in the Palestinian territory in which the common victims, in most cases, women, children and unarmed people bear the brunt. The relation centring the two countries is like an active volcano erupts time to time, and to bring in indiscriminate destruction and deaths.

Now the latest version of conflicts that switched off on 7 October 2023 through the Hamas’s rocket attack on Israel added fuel to the fire; it is that very fire with which Israel did singe the Palestinians very many times, the world has witnessed and is watching always in awe. The latest development of the gory conflicts between the two countries is seemingly bifurcating the world powers in two major groups – one is condemning the attack by Hamas and raising their voice and supports in favour of Israel; and the others, who are espousing the activities of Hamas saying it as a sweet retaliation on behalf of the oppressed and offended Palestinians initiated by the Hamas leaders.
But this time the unprecedented strife between Israel and Palestine has turned to its extreme, and the projectiles and heat of this extremity is seeping into other countries crossing the boundaries of the two conflicting countries. The furious massacre with the intention of annihilating each other is quite inauspicious for the the entire world. In the mean time, the powerful countries have expounded their stance centring the blood chilling issue between the two countries.
Israel has declared state of war and intensified attacks on Gaza. At least 600 Israelis and 370 Palestinians were killed and thousands more wounded as fighting rages, as are learnt.

The rubbles of the buildings after they were struck by the Israeli air attack in Gaza City have shattered nerves of many people witnessing how the skyscrapers are getting reduced to dust by the powerful impact Israeli bombs.
Hamas said it launched its large-scale operation in response to continued brutality by Israel and its occupation administration against Palestinians. On the other hand, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu threatened to turn the besieged Palestinian enclave into a “deserted island”. This furious determination will beget crises after crises and entail untold bad luck upon unarmed people there; therefore, it is high time the world community and the UNO took drastic steps to attenuate the extremities in Israel and Palestine rather than merely uttering condemnation; and above all, found a permanent solution to the problems between the two countries. Condemnation Alone Will Not Do; Permanent Solutions Are Needed.
