  20-06-2020

Tufayel Shantha, JOB Correspondent: The Jagannath University Journalists` Association (JUJA) has entered its 15th year after 14 years of various adversities and possibilities. On Saturday, June 20, the 14th founding anniversary of the organization was celebrated. This day is celebrated every year through various arrangements. But the current global corona virus epidemic has brought everything to a standstill. Yet plans to celebrate this special day have not stopped. Keeping in mind the Corona situation, the organization has organized a tree planting program, virtual chat and quiz competition to celebrate the founding anniversary in a different way. Founded on June 20, 2007, the organization has been moving forward with the slogan of education, honesty and courage for 14 long years. Through strong and efficient leadership in the course of this time, the organization has become a symbol of dependence on the teachers, students, officials and employees of the university. Humayun Kabir Humu, president of the JOB Journalists `Association, said the Jagannath University`s journalists` association has completed 14 years and entered its 15th year. In addition to protecting the image of the university, this organization has stood as a place of trust and confidence for all the teachers, students, officials and employees.
Jabisas has been by the side of teachers and students in all fair movements of the university under the leadership of respected elders in the past. This trend is still going on now and I hope it will continue in the future. Happy birthday to everyone from Jabisas.
