(BSS) – Donation cheques worth of Taka 6,00,000 were distributed among 20 people who were injured in the anti-discrimination student movement in the town today.

Administrator of Gazipur Zila Parishad Magistrate Nafisa Arefin distributed the cheques in a function held at the hall room of the Zila Parishad this afternoon.

Each injured got a cheque worth of Tk 30,000 in the function. Besides, cheques worth of Taka 440,000 were distributed among 20 people came from distress families in the function.

Chief Executive Officer Mudassir Bin Ali was present among others.
