A mobile court has fined Tk 7.5 lakh of three illegal brick kilns for manufacturing bricks without approval of the Department of Environment and various other irregularities in Satkhira`s Sadar upazila.

The mobile court was conducted by executive magistrate Pronoy Biswas in different areas in the upazila.

During the drive, thre brick kilns were fined including at M.M Bricks, Soudia Bricks and Nit Bricks.

Upazila administration officials and law enforcement members were present during the drive.
