The Energy and Mineral Resources Division announced on Saturday, May 31, a reduction in the prices of diesel, octane, and petrol, effective from midnight on Sunday, June 1.

Diesel prices have been slashed by Tk 2 per litre, while octane and petrol prices have been reduced by Tk 3 per litre.

However, under the new price determination formula, the price of kerosene has been increased by Tk 10 per litre, according to the notification.
