H K Jibon, IU Correspondent: Islamic University authorities appointed three new deans on the campus in Kushtia on Wednesday.

Professor Mohammad Abdus Samad of applied nutrition and food technology department was appointed as Biological Sciences faculty dean while Professor Raqiba Yesmin of public administration department appointed as Social Sciences faculty dean and Mizanur Rahman of mathematics department was appointed as Sciences faculty dean of the university.
IU acting registrar SM Abdul Latif said that the university vice-chancellor Professor Shaikh Abdus Salam appointed them to the posts for the next two years.
They were appointed to the posts as the tenure of previous deans came to an end recently, he added.
