Bangladesh Open University has cancelled its this year`s HSC examination. The result will be published through subject mapping.

The authorities took the decision of cancellation the exam as per the instruction of the education ministry.

A notification, signed by the university exam controller (acting) Md Habibullah Mahamud, has been issued in this regard.

Bangladesh Open University HSC exam-2024 has been canceled due to unavoidable reasons. Simultaneously, the decision to process the results through subject mapping has been taken. The date of result publish will be announced later, it said.

The university vice chancellor Prof ABM Obaidul Islam said, "Now there is no way to take this exam. The results will be published as per the instructions of the ministry."
