244 more dengue cases reported in 24 hrs

A total of 244 new dengue cases were reported in the last 24 hours (from Monday 8:00am to Tuesday 8:00am), taking the total number of cases to 6,466 this year.

Barishal division recorded highest 138 cases, while Chattogram division reported 19 fresh cases, Dhaka division 26, Dhaka South City 32, Dhaka North City four, Rajshahi division 24 and Mymensingh one.

The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) shared this information in a statement on Tuesday, June 17.
