Online Report : Twenty people have been arrested during joint operations in Gopalganj amid curfew over clash centering the National Citizen Party’s (NCP) rally there, according to a BBC Bangla reports.

Gopalganj Sadar Police Station OC Mir Md Sajedur Rahman confirmed the detention news, saying that the 20 were detained from Wednesday night to Thursday morning.

The detained men were handed over to Sadar Police Station.

The case against them is under process, the OC added, saying that, law and order situation is now normal in the district.
