The plaque, constructed under the initiative of the Commander Abdur Rouf Smriti Parishad, Bhairab, has been installed at a prominent three-road junction beside his residence near Bhairab Railway Station. She added that her father remained committed throughout his life to the causes of justice, humanity, and national development.

Special guest Dr.Noor Mohammad, Executive Director of PSTC, said, “Commander Abdur Rouf was not only a valiant freedom fighter but also a remarkable advocate of human development, social justice, and progressive thought. His ideals continue to inspire our journey toward a better society.”
