Madrasha teacher killed in Madaripur road accident

A madrasha teacher was killed in a road accident in Madaripur`s Sadar upazila on Thursday.

The accident happened in near the Natun Bus Stand area in the upazila.


The deceased was identified as Nurullah Sardar, son of Anowar Sardar, hailed from Barishal. He was a teacher of Tartilul Quran Hifaz Madrasha.

It was learnt that Nurullah Sardar was critically injured while a motorcycle collided head-on with a three wheeler (locally known easybike) in the area.

He was rescued and taken to him Madaripur Sadar Hospital, where the on-duty doctors declared him dead.
