| Four people were killed and several others injured as a bus rammed a private car in Munshiganj`s Gazaria upazila on the Dhaka-Chattogram highway on Saturday afternoon, September 19.
The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.
A Chattogram-bound `New Baleshwar` bus hit the private car in the Jamaldi bus stand area around 2:45 pm, leaving one dead on the spot and several others injured, according to the Fire Service.
The injured were taken to Hamdard University Hospital, where the on-duty doctors declared three more dead. One seriously injured person has been sent to Dhaka for better treatment.
