Omar Sani, once a popular leading actor in Dhallywood (Bangladeshi cinema), has taken on a new role beyond the silver screen. While he`s no longer as active in films, his last appearance being in the movie Deadbody, he continues to stay busy with various business ventures.
Adding another title to his name, Omar Sani has recently joined the Goldsands Group as an advisor.
Speaking about his new position, he said, "I`ve officially come on board as an advisor to Goldsands Group. I`ve been attending meetings regularly at their Gulshan office, and I`m optimistic about the positive outcomes ahead."
Though he has distanced himself from acting in recent years, Sani shared that his decision to accept this role stems from a desire to contribute meaningfully to the development of society and the nation.
Off-screen, Omar Sani is married to renowned actress Moushumi. He is also known for his involvement in various social and humanitarian causes. This new chapter in his life has sparked fresh interest and curiosity among fans and followers.
Omar Sani began his acting career in 1992 with Ei Niye Sangsar, directed by Nur Hossain Bolai. He quickly rose to fame with blockbuster hits like Chander Alo, Dola, Akheri Hamla, and Mohot, winning over audiences and establishing himself as a beloved star of Bangladeshi cinema.
