LPG price raised by Tk 50

The Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) has set new prices for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for the month of February.

The consumer-level price of LPG has been increased further.

On Monday (February 2), the commission raised the price of a 12 kg LPG cylinder by Tk 50.

The new prices will take effect from 6PM today. At the same time, the price of auto gas has also been increased.

BERC Chairman Jalal Ahmed said the 12 kg LPG price has been fixed at Tk 1,356, increasing Tk 50 from Tk 1,306.
