(BSS) - A pedestrian has died as he was hit by a motorcycle on the Chapainawabganj-Sonamasjid Highway.

When Fazlu 65, an inhabitant at Moharajpur Goaltuli village under Chapainawabganj Sadar upazila, was crossing road at Lalapara under Chapainawabganj sadar upazila around 2:30 pm on Tuesday, a motorcycle hit him, said Md Roisuddin, Officer-in-Charge of Chapainawabganj Sadar Model Police Station.

He was taken to the Chapainawabganj Sadar Hospital where he succumbed to injuries.
